class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Marinade         <ul><li>1.5 pounds boneless <strong>rib eye steak<\/strong><\/li><li>0.25 cups <strong>low sodium soy sauce<\/strong><\/li><li>2 TBSP <strong>Honey<\/strong><\/li><li>2 TBSP <strong>sesame oil<\/strong><\/li><li>1 small <strong>pear<\/strong>, cored<\/li><li>1\/4 <strong>apple <\/strong>(I used sugar bee apple)<\/li><li>3 cloves <strong>garlic<\/strong>, minced<\/li><li>1 TBSP freshly grated <strong>ginger<\/strong><\/li><li>2 TBSP <strong>gochujang <\/strong>(Korean red pepper paste)<\/li><li>0.5 finely chopped <strong>white onion<\/strong><\/li><li>2 TBSP rice wine (<strong>mirin<\/strong>)<\/li><li>0.5 tsp freshly ground <strong>pepper     <\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Add while cooking         <ul><li>1 TBSP <strong>vegetable oil<\/strong><\/li><li>0.5 thinly sliced white <strong>onion<\/strong><\/li><li>1 cup match stick <strong>carrots<\/strong><\/li><li>2 chopped stalks of <strong>celery<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Marinated steak<\/strong>     <\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Finishing         <ul><li>2 <strong>green onions<\/strong>, thinly sliced<\/li><li>1 tsp <strong>sesame seeds<\/strong>     <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Thinly slice steak<\/strong>:          <ul><li>Wrap steak in plastic wrap, and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.<\/li><li>Unwrap and slice across the grain into 1\/4-inch thick slices.<br>     <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" start=\"2\"><li><strong>Marinate overnight<\/strong>:          <ul><li>In a blender, combine all marinade ingredients except steak.  Blend into a pur\u00e9e.<\/li><li>Add thinly sliced <strong>steak <\/strong>to a <strong>bowl <\/strong>with a lid.  Pour <strong>marinade <\/strong>over the top and mix to completely cover <strong>steak<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Marinate overnight in the refrigerator<br>     <\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Cook<\/strong>:          <ul><li>Oil in wok over medium-high heat<\/li><li>Add onions.  Saut\u00e9 for 2 minutes <\/li><li>Add carrots and celery.  Saut\u00e9 for 2 minutes <\/li><li>Add marinated steak and Saut\u00e9 for 2 to 5 minutes.
