F<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>1 teaspoon sugar<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>2 teaspoons kosher salt<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>4 cups bread flour, plus more for rolling<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>2 tablespoons olive oil, plus 2 teaspoons<\/li>\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>1st Pizza Toppings\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>Pesto<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Goat Cheese<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Broccoli<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Hot Italian Sausage<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Bell Peppers<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>2nd Pizza Toppings\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>Tomato Basil marinara sauce<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Fresh Mozzeralla<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Hot Italian Sausage<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Mushrooms<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n\t<li><b>Set machine program to dough<\/b><\/li>\n\t<li><b>Check Freshness of yeast:<\/b> Add warm water, yeast and sugar to the bread mixer.  Set to stir a few times and then pause the mixer.  The mixture should start to bubble.  If bubbles do not occur after 10 minutes your yeast is bad.  Use new yeast<\/li>\n\t<li>Add the rest of the ingredients and let the bread machine finish the dough program<\/li>\n\t<li>Start wood fire while dough rises<\/li>\n\t<li>Once dough has risen punch down and hand toss the pizza into disired thickness and roll out onto a floured surface.<\/li>\n\t<li>Add disired toppings or follow one of my Topping ideas above<\/li>\n\t<li>The pizza cooks best on a stone however, a round baking sheet will also work<\/li>\n\t<li>Place pizza on grill and cover it.  Check the pizza crust every 10 minutes.
