dr-ordered-list\">\n\t\t\t<li><b>Roast Pepper<\/b>\n\t\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Cut out the stem of the pepper with a paring knife.  Do not slice pepper in half just remove the stem.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Place pepper directly on top of a gas stove burner on high heat<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Turn pepper with tongs until all sides are charred<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li><b>Stuff Pepper and melt cheese<\/b>\n\t\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Remove pepper from burner and stuff with cheese.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Place pepper in a pan on medium heat.  Cover and cook until the cheese melts.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Once the cheese melts, cut pepper into bite size pieces and cook until you get slightly crunchy cheese pieces.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li><b>While the pepper cooks, heat tortillas<\/b>\n\t\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>In a pan add tortillas, slightly overlapping if necessary.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Place the pan on high heat.  Drizzle about a 1 TBSP of water into the pan next to the tortillas and cover immediately.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>After about a minute, turn off heat and keep covered until the tortillas are needed.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li><b>Assemble 2 tacos<\/b>\n\t\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Fill a tortilla with half of the pepper cheese mixture.
