Turn the heat up to high.  Drizzle some water around the outside of the pan but not directly on the tortillas.  Cover skillet.  Cook for 1 minute. Turn of heat.  Keep covered for one more minute.<\/li><li><strong>Assemble taco<\/strong>: Stack taco shells on top of each other.  Fill taco shell with corned beef, cabbage, green onion and or cilantro, pepper jack cheese, and thousand island dressing.
