ingredients include peanuts only)\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        1\/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        3 TBSP brown sugar\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        1 1\/2 TBSP minced ginger\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        2 TBSP lemon grass\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        1 tsp minced garlic\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        1 tsp chili flakes  \n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        1 tsp curry paste\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        1\/4 minced onion\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br><br>\n<i>Chicken Ingredients<\/i>\n<br><br>\n<ul>\n    <li>\n        1\/2 cup low-sodium chicken stock\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        1\/2 cup lite coconut milk\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        1\/4 onion minced\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        1 garlic clove minced\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        1 tbsp ginger minced\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        1 1\/2 tsp mushroom sauce (This is located in Asian grocery stores near the fish sauce)\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        1 tbsp brown sugar\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        1 tsp lemon grass\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast pounded and cut into 1 inch strips\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        2 TBSP cilantro\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        Bamboo Skewers soaked in water\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br><br>\n<u>Directions<\/u>\n<br><br>\n<i>Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce:<\/i>\n<br><br>\nCombine all ingredients in a blender\n<br><br>\n<i>Chicken<\/i>\n<br><br>\n<ol>\n    <li>\n        In a medium bowl, whisk together the chicken stock, coconut milk, soy sauce, onion, garlic, mushroom sauce, brown sugar, lemon grass, and ginger.\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        Add the chicken and marinate for 1 hour.\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        Remove chicken from marinate and thread the chicken on the skewers.\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        Grill 3 minutes each side.\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        Serve with peanut dipping sauce and cilantro.\n
