Therefore I decided to experiment with proportions and ingredients to come up with the best recipe and a go to quick recipe of ingredients we always have on hand.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is my favorite pancake recipe out of all the combinations I tried. Combine by folding over with a rubber spatula.  Do not over stir mixture will be thick and lumpy.<\/li><li>If using a meringue add half of the meringue.  Gently combine by folding over with a rubber spatula then add other half of the meringue and gently combine by folding over with a rubber spatula.  Do not over stir will be thick and lumpy.<\/li><h4 class=\"dr-title\">Cook<\/h4><li>Heat a skillet or grill pan on low heat. <\/li><li>A butter to skillet<\/li><li>Spoon a pancake size worth of pancake dough to skillet<\/li><li>Add a desired topping.<\/li><li>Flip pancake when you see little bubbles on the top of the pancake.<\/li><li>Cook until both sides are golden brown.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Who doesn&#8217;t love fluffy Pancakes however, most recipes I have tried are kinda flat.
