Makes approximately 3 cups in these quantities.\n                <\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n       <\/li>\n       <li>\n          4 Key Limes seeded\n       <\/li>\n       <li>\n          1\/4 cup Orange Juice\n       <\/li>\n       <li>\n          2 tsp Olive Oil\n       <\/li>\n       <li>\n          2 Chicken breasts\n       <\/li>\n       <li>\n           1 chipotle pepper\n       <\/li>\n    <\/ol>\n<br>\n<br>\nMethod:<br>\n<ul>\n    <li>\n        Combine the peeled key limes, chipotle pepper,orange juice, salsa, oil and salt in a blender. Blend until you have a nice thick puree.\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        Transfer the blend to a pot and cook on medium for 15 minutes. Keep aside.\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        Place chopped chicken breasts in a large mixing bowl. Then, pour the puree blend from previous step over the top of it.Cover and refrigerate for 6-12 hours.\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        In an open pan, cook marinated chicken on medium heat until meat is tender.\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        Teotihucan Chicken is ready to serve.
