Come back in a few hours to kneaded and double risen dough<\/li><h4 class=\"dr-title\">Last Proof of the Dough<\/h4><li>Take the dough out of the bread machine and cut the dough in half.<\/li><li>Roll each half into tubes the length of your bread pan.<\/li><li>Spray your bread pan with some oil.  I use olive oil.<\/li><li>Place each dough tube in the same pan side by side.  This will make a nice crease in the bread that the glaze will pool in some later.<\/li><li>Let your dough rise for 1 &#8211; 2 hours or until it has doubled in size and expanded past the top of the pan.<\/li><h4 class=\"dr-title\">Bake and Glaze<\/h4><li>Preheat oven to 350F<\/li><li>Place break pan on top of another baking sheet to ensure no spillage of glaze in the oven later. <\/li><li>Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.<\/li><li>While bread is baking make the glaze by combining all the glaze ingredients into one bowl.<\/li><li>After the bread baked for 25 minutes take it out and spread the glaze over the top of the bread with a brush.<\/li><li>Return the bread and spillage proof pan to the oven and bake for 5 minutes<\/li><h4 class=\"dr-title\">Cool<\/h4><li>Once the bread rested for 5 minutes remove it from the pan by using a rubber spatula around the edges and then turn the pan over while using gloves.
