I used navy and butter beans.<\/li><li>4 fresh sage leaves chopped<\/li><li>1\/4 tsp ground nutmeg<\/li><li>2 tbsp ground parmesan cheese<\/li><li>Freshly ground pepper to taste<\/li><li>Coarse sea salt to taste<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Marinate Salmon 30 minutes:<\/strong><ul><li>Rinse and pat salmon filets dry with paper towels<\/li><li>Zest 1 lime into a small bowl<\/li><li>Add juice of 1 and a half limes, Mustard, two tablespoons of olive oil, pepeer and salt.<\/li><li>Chop 6 sage leaves and add them to the marinate<\/li><li>Mix thoroughly and spread the mixture on both sides of the salmon.<\/li><li>Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Meanwhile start the beans<\/strong><ul><li>In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat.<\/li><li>Add garlic saute until fragrant.<\/li><li>Add sage and saute for a minute.<\/li><li>Add 1 can of beans and <strong>their liquid<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Drain the other can of beans and add to the saucepan.<\/li><li>Add nutmeg.<\/li><li>Season generously with salt and pepper<\/li><li>When the mixture begins to bubble around the edges of the pan reduce the heat to low and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, until it has thickened. About 30 minutes.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Back to the salmon<\/strong><ul><li>Preheat the grill<\/li><li>Heat the remaining olive oil from step 1 in a small frying pan and saute the sage leaves until crisp.
