I used a <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B0725GYNG6\/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&amp;psc=1\" target=\"_blank\">non stick silicone baking mat<\/a><ul><li>Place the blueberries, sweetened condensed milk, and cornstarch in a medium sauce pan.<\/li><li>Heat over medium heat and bring to a simmer.<\/li><li>Stir and simmer for 3-5 minutes<\/li><li>Use a potato masher to smash about half of the blueberries.<\/li><li>Remove from heat<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Make Crust<\/strong><ul><li>Place the butter and sugar in a large bowl.<\/li><li>Beat the butter mixture with an electric mixer on high for 3-5 minutes.<\/li><li>Add the vanilla extract, flour, salt, and zest of the lime.<\/li><li>Mix until well combined<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Assemble and Bake<\/strong><ul><li>Divide the dough into 2 pieces.
