class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><b>Chunky Tomato Sauce<\/b> <ul><li>Heat olive oil in a sauce pan and saute garlic until fragrant<\/li><li>Add diced tomatoes, honey, pesto, and red pepper.<\/li><li>Season with salt and pepper<\/li><li>Saute on low for 1 hour until thick<\/li><li>Season with parmesan cheese <\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><b>Dough<\/b> <ul><li><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/sallysbakingaddiction.com\/homemade-whole-wheat-pizza-crust-recipe\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dough recipe<\/a> <\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><b>Calzones<\/b> <ul><li>Saute all ceggies separately with olive oil, diced garlic, salt, and pepper<\/li><li>Assemble placing ricotta cheese mixture first and adding the remaining ingredients.<\/li><li>Close calzone and crimp edges<\/li><li>Place a little corn flour on the baking sheet and transfer calzone<\/li><li>Poke circular holes in calzone for air vents with a pairing Knife<\/li><li>Brush olive oil over calzone<\/li><li>Grate Parmesan Cheese<\/li><li>Bake at 500 \u00b0F for 12 minutes <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Critiques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n\t<li><b>Chunky Tomato Sauce<\/b>\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>No complaints<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li><b>Goat cheese and Shitake Mushrooms<\/b>\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>It need something maybe a provolone or pesto<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li><b>Tuna Steak and Spinach<\/b>\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>1 thumbs up<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>I didn&#8217;t like Tuna Steak.  Baked inside of a calzone over cooks it.
