It needs more work.  Boil water.  Turn down heat to just under boil. Crack egg into a cup with a handle. Add two TBSP of white vinegar to harden the egg whites.  Start stirring water to get a vortex going.   Gently lower the cup tilted into the vortex so the egg flows in the same direction of the vortex.  Cook for 3 minutes just below boiling.
