Blend well.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Pour the mixture over the chicken cubes in a large bowl with a lid. Make sure that all the chicken pieces are fully covered with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, and up to 24 hours.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Make 4 different types of skewers by threading chicken pieces, red peppers, red onion, and tomatoes onto skewers. Then, place the skewers on a hot grill.<br\/><br\/>Cook the chicken at least 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Cook veggie skewers until desired doneness is achieved.<br\/><br\/>Check the doneness of the chicken kabob by cutting through one piece of chicken with a knife.
