Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
- 3 Oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Oz Almond Butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 TBSP chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp, lime zest
- 1 TBSP butter, for frying
- Serve with butter or maple syrup depending on diet restrictions
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, cream cheese, almond butter, eggs, walnuts and lime zest until smooth.
- In a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, melt 0.5 tsp butter. Pour in about 3 tablespoons batter and cook until golden, 2 minutes. Flip and cook 2 minutes more. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve topped with butter or maple syrup
