Creamy Southwest Sauce

This easy-to-make sauce can add a lot of flavor to fish, chicken, salads, and pretty much anything you want to put it on.

  1. In a small sauce pan, heat oil over medium high heat.
  2. Add Southwest Spice Mix and cook until fragrant. (1 – 2 minutes)
  3. Turn off heat in sauce pan and give the sauce time to cool.
  4. Once oil and southwest mixture is cool, mix in yogurt, lime juice, and zest.
