Chicago Italian Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs chuck or rump Roast sliced
  • 24 oz giardinera including juices
  • 48 oz Mild Banana Pepper rings including juices
  • 1 TBSP Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • Hard Rolls
  • Provolone

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to Instant Pot
  2. Pressure cook on High for 40 minutes
  3. Serve on a baguette as a sandwich with melted provolone cheese
