Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- Aluminum foil
- 1 Cup Water
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/4 Cup Milk
- 3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup granulated Sugar
- 1.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 14 oz day old bread cut into 1″ cubes. I used left freshly baked Italian bread. Other options are broche or challah bread.
- Powdered Sugar, for serving
- Maple Syrup, for serving
- Berries, for serving

- Instant Pot
- 7 Inch Non-stick Springform Pan/Cheesecake Pan
- Trivet with long handles
Directions
- Grease a pan with cooking spray
- Place trivet inside Instant Pot and pour in water.
- In a large bowl whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.
- Add bread and gently toss to combine
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and cover with foil
- Place inside instant pot and inside trivet
- Set Instant Pot to Pressure Cook on High for 30 minutes.
- Follow manufacturer’s instructions for quick release.
- Remove baking dish from instant pot and let cool for 10 minutes
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup and fresh berries
