Greek Breakfast Tacos

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 10 g Butter
• 1 tsp creme fraiche
• 0.5 tsp ground cumin
• 1 Persian cucumber, sliced
• 4 corn tortillas
• 2 TBSP tzatziki
• 1 TBSP Feta
• 4 grape tomatoes quartered
• salt and peper

Directions

1. Warm tortillas in a damp towel in the microwave.
2. Slice cucumber and tomatoes
3. Prepare tzatziki
4. Prepare scrambled eggs
5. Assemble tacos
