  2. This mild cheese has a smooth texture and slightly tangy taste and just melts in your mouth. It’s coating of tarragon, thyme, and pink peppercorns gives it an added bit of flavor, and a flowery appearance for which it is named (Fleur Vert means “green flower” in French).
  3. The cheese is great on any charcuterie board. I used it in my Cherry, Goat Cheese, and Spinach Stuffed Pork Tenderloin and it was fantastic.
