This healthy bread is a good option for breakfast. The 8 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber will keep you full all morning without a sugar crash.

- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- Mix wet ingredients and sugar
- Mash Bananas
- In a large mixing bowl whisk eggs.
- Add to the whisked egg brown sugar, molasses, vanilla, mashed bananas, apple sauce, ground flax seeds, and melted butter
- Whisk all wet ingredients together.
- Mix dry ingredients
- In a smaller bowl mix together all purpose flour, almond flour, salt, whey protein, baking soda, and baking powder
- Finish batter
- Before mixing together wet and dry ingredients grease a 9 X 5 inch loaf pan and get pecans ready so the bread can be placed in oven immediately after combining. This will insure the no carbonation produced from the baking powder and baking soda is lost.
- Mix in dry ingredients slowly to wet mix.
- Mix in pecan pieces to batter
- Pour into loaf pan
- Top with whole pecan halves
- Bake
- Bake 60 minutes
