- Preheat the oven to 325 °F.
- Grease a 8 X 8 pan
- In a medium mix the flour, baking powder, and salt
- In a larger bowl mix together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time to the butter and brown sugar
- Then stir in the vanilla.
- Next slowly mix in the flour mixture into the creamed sugar, butter, eggs.
- Then mix in the chocolate chips and pecans.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the greased pan.
- Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until done.
Everyone at my dinner really liked these brownies a lot. However, I prefer less sweet desserts. Next time I will try to reduce the sugar to 1 cup.
