Blondie Chocolate Chip Brownies

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 °F.
  2. Grease a 8 X 8 pan
  3. In a medium mix the flour, baking powder, and salt
  4. In a larger bowl mix together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  5. Beat in the eggs one at a time to the butter and brown sugar
  6. Then stir in the vanilla.
  7. Next slowly mix in the flour mixture into the creamed sugar, butter, eggs.
  8. Then mix in the chocolate chips and pecans.
  9. Spread the mixture evenly in the greased pan.
  10. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until done.

Everyone at my dinner really liked these brownies a lot. However, I prefer less sweet desserts. Next time I will try to reduce the sugar to 1 cup.
