Ingredients
- Veggies
- 1 Yellow Onion diced
- 1 Bell pepper diced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 TBSP butter
- Season steak
- 2 lbs thinly sliced sirloin steak
- 2 TBSP Paprika
- 1 tsp himalayan salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
- 6 Pretzel Buns
- Cheese of choice. Provolone is ideal. We only had velveeta.
Directions
- Melt butter in a frying pan.
- Add Onions and saute until tender
- Add Galric and peppers. Saute until disired doneness.
- Transfer veggies to
- Place seasoned steak in frying pan and cook on high heat stiring for 3 – 5 minutes depending on disered doneness.
- Assemble Sandwhich.
