Ingredients

  • Dough
    • 1 envelope instant dry yeast
    • 1 1/2 cups water, 110 degrees F
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
    • 4 cups bread flour, plus more for rolling
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus 2 teaspoons
  • 1st Pizza Toppings
    • Pesto
    • Goat Cheese
    • Broccoli
    • Hot Italian Sausage
    • Bell Peppers
  • 2nd Pizza Toppings
    • Tomato Basil marinara sauce
    • Fresh Mozzeralla
    • Hot Italian Sausage
    • Mushrooms

Directions

  1. Set machine program to dough
  2. Check Freshness of yeast: Add warm water, yeast and sugar to the bread mixer. Set to stir a few times and then pause the mixer. The mixture should start to bubble. If bubbles do not occur after 10 minutes your yeast is bad. Use new yeast
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and let the bread machine finish the dough program
  4. Start wood fire while dough rises
  5. Once dough has risen punch down and hand toss the pizza into disired thickness and roll out onto a floured surface.
  6. Add disired toppings or follow one of my Topping ideas above
  7. The pizza cooks best on a stone however, a round baking sheet will also work
  8. Place pizza on grill and cover it. Check the pizza crust every 10 minutes. Cook until crust is golden brown.
