Philly Cheesesteak on Pretzel Bun

Ingredients

  • Veggies
    • 1 Yellow Onion diced
    • 1 Bell pepper diced
    • 1 clove garlic minced
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 TBSP butter
  • Season steak
    • 2 lbs thinly sliced sirloin steak
    • 2 TBSP Paprika
    • 1 tsp himalayan salt
    • 2 tsp garlic powder
    • 3 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 Pretzel Buns
  • Cheese of choice. Provolone is ideal. We only had velveeta.

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a frying pan.
  2. Add Onions and saute until tender
  3. Add Galric and peppers. Saute until disired doneness.
