Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 10 g Butter
- 1 tsp creme fraiche
- Topping examples:
- Chives
- tzatziki
- Paprika
- korean gochujang
- Salsa
- Seasoning Examples:
- salt and pepper
- salt, pepper, 0.5 tsp Cumin
Directions
- Add eggs and butter to a cold sauce pan
- Turn heat to high
- Use spatula to fold eggs
- Remove pan from heat every 10 seconds while folding eggs. 10 seconds on heat, 10 seconds off and continue until eggs are still runny but almost done.
- Remove from heat add seasoning and creme fraiche
- Return to heat 10 more seconds
- Plate and top with one of the topping examples above.
