Gordon Ramsey’s Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 10 g Butter
  • 1 tsp creme fraiche
  • Topping examples:
    • Chives
    • tzatziki
    • Paprika
    • korean gochujang
    • Salsa
  • Seasoning Examples:
    • salt and pepper
    • salt, pepper, 0.5 tsp Cumin

Directions

  1. Add eggs and butter to a cold sauce pan
  2. Turn heat to high
  3. Use spatula to fold eggs
  4. Remove pan from heat every 10 seconds while folding eggs. 10 seconds on heat, 10 seconds off and continue until eggs are still runny but almost done.
  5. Remove from heat add seasoning and creme fraiche
  6. Return to heat 10 more seconds
  7. Plate and top with one of the topping examples above.
