Bulgogi Beef is sooooo good. And the lettuce wrap makes it a great low-carb option that you can serve as a shareable appetizer or a fun-to-eat main course.

  1. Prepare the Bulgogi Steak according to this link
  2. Prepare Ssamjang (Spicy & Salty Dipping/Wrapping Sauce) according to this link
  3. Make slaw
    • Set a large wok on medium high heat and add 2 TBSP oil
    • Add slaw. Cook stirring for 3 minutes.
    • Stir in sesame oil and soy sauce. Cook for another minute and then turn off the heat.
  4. Plate
    • Carefully pull apart lettuce leafs by ripping the leaves. Place a fourth of the lettuce leaves on each plate.
    • Add a fourth of the Bulgogi Steak and Slaw to each plate.
    • Use a small sauce serving bowl to place a forth of the Ssamjang on each plate
    • Sprinkle with sesame seeds
    • Serve with a lime half
  5. Assemble
    • Make wraps by adding some slaw, Bulgobi Steak, and Ssamjang sauce to each leaf.
