
When I was living in St. Louis, MO one of my favorite restaurants was Seoul Taco. After moving away from St. Louis, MO I had to make a copy cat of my favorite Seoul Taco dish. Here it is.
Ingredients
- Bulgogi Korean BBQ beef
- Kimchi fried rice with or without the egg
- Sour Cream
- Mexican cheese
- Shredded Lettuce
- Large flour tortillas
- Cilantro
- Copy Cat Seoul Sauce
- 4 TBSP mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 0.25 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp sambal
- 2 tsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 2 tsp siracha
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in
- In a large flour tortilla add desired amount of kimchi fried rice and top with an egg if desired.
- Add desired about of Bulgogi, sour cream, mexican cheese, and shredded lettuce.
- Top with cilantro and spice mixture
- Roll into a burrito and serve.
