Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
  • 3 Oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 Oz Almond Butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 TBSP chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp, lime zest
  • 1 TBSP butter, for frying
  • Serve with butter or maple syrup depending on diet restrictions

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, cream cheese, almond butter, eggs, walnuts and lime zest until smooth.
  2. In a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, melt 0.5 tsp butter. Pour in about 3 tablespoons batter and cook until golden, 2 minutes. Flip and cook 2 minutes more. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.
  3. Serve topped with butter or maple syrup
