Directions
- Place an empty baking sheet into the oven and preheat oven to 200 F.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Mix all wet ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
- Place a non stick pan on medium low heat to preheat
- Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined
- Add 5 g of butter to the pan between each pancake.
- Pour into pan 1/4 of the batter at a time, spreading gently.
- Cook until bubbles form on tops of the pancakes and bottoms are light golden.
- Flip pancakes and cook until light golden and cooked through.
- Cook until a desired doneness is reached.
- To keep all pancakes warm while the others cook place on the baking sheet.
