Directions

  1. Place an empty baking sheet into the oven and preheat oven to 200 F.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Mix all wet ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
  4. Place a non stick pan on medium low heat to preheat
  5. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined
  6. Add 5 g of butter to the pan between each pancake.
  7. Pour into pan 1/4 of the batter at a time, spreading gently.
  8. Cook until bubbles form on tops of the pancakes and bottoms are light golden.
  9. Flip pancakes and cook until light golden and cooked through.
  10. Cook until a desired doneness is reached.
  11. To keep all pancakes warm while the others cook place on the baking sheet.
