Place the dough ingredients in the bread machine in the order listed
Select the program on your machine to make and rise the dough but not bake.
Then let the machine do its thing. Come back in a few hours to kneaded and double risen dough
Last Proof of the Dough
Take the dough out of the bread machine and cut the dough in half.
Roll each half into tubes the length of your bread pan.
Spray your bread pan with some oil. I use olive oil.
Place each dough tube in the same pan side by side. This will make a nice crease in the bread that the glaze will pool in some later.
Let your dough rise for 1 – 2 hours or until it has doubled in size and expanded past the top of the pan.
Bake and Glaze
Preheat oven to 350F
Place break pan on top of another baking sheet to ensure no spillage of glaze in the oven later.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
While bread is baking make the glaze by combining all the glaze ingredients into one bowl.
After the bread baked for 25 minutes take it out and spread the glaze over the top of the bread with a brush.
Return the bread and spillage proof pan to the oven and bake for 5 minutes
Cool
Once the bread rested for 5 minutes remove it from the pan by using a rubber spatula around the edges and then turn the pan over while using gloves. I should come right out of the pan.
